  • Do I need to change my banking relationship? Or sign up for new bank accounts?

    No, you do not need to change your banking relationship. We work with your bank in processing payments.

  • What are the fees and how do I pay for the service?

    We charge $0.99 per check processing, which includes check printing and mailing via USPS First Class mail.

  • Is there a cost to sign up?

    There is no cost to sign up, registration is absolute free.

  • Are there any ongoing or maintenance costs?

    No. No matter how much (or little) you use Batchex, there are no recurring fees of any kind.

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    You can pay for the Batchex service fees using a credit card, no problem at all..

  • How long does it take for Batchex to process?

    Once we have received your payments, your checks will be printed and mailed out the next business day. It may take 2-5 days for your beneficiary to receive the checks in mail.

  • How do I know the status of a transaction in Batchex?

    Easy! First, we notify you by e-mail to confirm your order placement. Secondly, you can always track the status of your transaction using our reporting features. Finally, we send you an e-mail notice when your transaction is complete.

  • Do I need to have Internet banking with my existing bank?

    No. Batchex does not require any special services to be activated with your existing bank.

  • What information do I need to set up my account?

    To start using Batchex services at the website, you need to register with us, registration is free. In order to process checks you need to submit below info:.
    a) Provide basic information like name, phone, security question etc.
    b) Provide us with bank account information to withdraw funds for check payments.
    c) Upload digital signature image to be printed on check.
    d) Provide us with billing address.
    e) To verify bank account information, we will make two small deposits to your bank, you will need to verify the deposits made on manage funding source page Manage Funding Source Please allow 4-5 days for the deposits to be made to your bank account. Click Here for registration of new account.

  • How are checks mailed out?

    The checks are mailed out the next day with USPS first class mail service.

  • Do I have to install any special software on my computer?

    No. special software is required. Batchex uses your regular Internet browser and connection.

  • Is it safe to use Batchex?

  • How to Verify Security Certificates?

    It is easy to verify the certificates of a secure site. For example, to check the security certificate of an Batchex.com secure site from within Microsoft Internet Explorer, perform the following steps: a) Select the File menu at the TOP of the window, then select Properties. (If the window doesn't have a File menu at the TOP, you can right-click in the window and select Properties from the resulting pop-up menu.) b) If the web page you are viewing is secure, there will be a Certificates button. Click on this button. A window providing information about the security certificate will be displayed.

  • How to Create Batch with FTP?

    1.Login with valid username
    2. On MyActivity Page you will find a link Click here to Request For FTP Upload Option.
    3.Profile, Funding source, Billing Address should be completed to send request.
    4.Credentials for FTP are provided to user via mail after request is received by Admin.
    5.Download the xml Template file Click here to download xml Sample template file for FTP for FTP Template of xml file to be uploaded through ftp at the create batch page. After clicking on above link, "confirmation pop up" will open. Now you have following two options in confirmation pop up window. You can choose any of them. "Open with" option. Click on "open with" & click on "ok" to open the file & enter the data & save the file. Click on "cancel" to cancel the "open with" option. "Save file" option. Click on "save file" & click on "ok" to save the file. Now a confirmation pop up will open, select the destination where you want to save the file & click on "save" to save the file or click on "cancel" to cancel the "save file" option. Open the file & enter the information as specified in the file. 6.Upload the filled xml file to FTP using your FTP Credentials in the specified format. 7. Scheduler runs to create the batch for all file uploaded by user. 8.Batch creation notification email is sent to your email id.

  • Can I use Batchex at any time?

    Batchex can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, please be advised that batches created will be processed for mailing the next day.
